Pulses State of the Nation Survey – Terms and Conditions

The Pulses State of the Nation Survey is promoted by BASF, PO Box 4, Earl Road, Cheadle Hulme, SK8 6QG.

2. How to enter

2.1. The Survey and Prize Draw will be open from 9.00am on the 30^th March 2020 to midnight on the 19^th April 2020 inclusive.

2.2. The Survey and Prize Draw is only open to farmers who have grown combining peas, vining peas or field beans in the last three years, or who intend to do so this harvest year.

2.3. The Survey and Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.

2.4. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person.

2.5 To enter the Prize Draw:

Complete the Pulses State of the Nation Survey online. Entries are submitted automatically upon completion before the Closing Date.

^th2.6. The Pomoter will not accept:

Responsibility for Surveys that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.

2.7. All Surveys must be received by the Promoter by 19 April 2020 by no later than midnight on the Closing Date. All Surveys received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

2.8. By submitting a Survey, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions.

3. The prizes

3.1. All entrants from who the Promoter receives a completed Survey before the closing date will receive an exclusive report of the results.

3.2. The winners of the Prize Draw will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 20^th April 2020.

3.3. 10 winners will each receive £30 worth of Amazon vouchers.

3.4. There is no cash alternative for the prizes.

3.5. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary.

4. Winner announcement

4.1. The winners of the Prize Draw will be announced on BASF agricentre website in May 2020.

4.2. The Promoter will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date.

4.3. A list of the winners can be viewed on the BASF agricentre website in May 2020 or at the offices of the Promoter set out in condition 1 from the Announcement Date for a period of 30 days.

5. Claiming the prizes

5.1. Each of the winners will be provided with the prize by email.

5.2. If the winners cannot be contacted or are not available, or have not claimed their prizes within 10 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the Surveys that were received before the Closing Date.

6. Liability

6.1. BASF is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of this prize draw (except that which cannot be excluded by law).

7. Personal data

7.1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be used by BASF solely for the purpose of this promotion and may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

8.2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
