Farming foes: Moulds. One of the major causes of berry food waste are moulds such as mildew.

Nature: Marion and Jon’s meadow restoration has resulted in three species of orchids reappearing, along with an abundance of butterflies and other insects. Dozens of beehives provide a home for honeybees and bumblebees, pollinating the berry flowers and in return producing beautiful raspberry and strawberry honey.
