BASF Tank Mixes
Below is our new BASF tank mix tool, providing information on tank mixes for autumn cereal herbicides only.
Select a product or AgPack from the drop-down list and a list of all tested partner product mixes will show. This can be filtered by Product Name, Category or Active substance.
Further detail may be obtained by hovering over the information symbol or via the PDF facility (top right). Any issues please contact our helpline here
The full compatibility list can be found download here
Please read the product notes and scroll down to the bottom of the page to read the disclaimer before mixing any of the products below.
NOTE off label crops may exist and can be north_east checked here.
Listed mixes are for information only & are at users risk. All 3rd party trademarks acknowledged.
Water volumes: Users should check if application at reduced water volume is permissible. Where a tank-mix is shown as incompatible at a stated water volume this does not infer that the mix will be OK at higher water volumes.
Tested order: For multi-component mixes (>3 products) only one order has been tested as detailed by hovering over the information symbol.
Physical compatibility tests with 1 or 2 partners (eg 2 or 3-way tank mixes) test all permutations of mix order.
General guidance on mixing order, based on best practice & testing experience is given below:
1.Add water (around 1/2 to 3/4 of the intended sprayer volume)
2.Start agitator with medium intensity
3.Add water conditioners or anti-foam agents, if required
4.Fertilizer, micronutrients (solid)
5.Solid formulations (WG, WP, SG, SP)
6.Water-based formulations (SC, CS, SL)
7.Solvent-based formulations (SE, EW, EO, EC, DC, OD, ME)
8.Top up water to required volume
9.Additives and adjuvants independent of their formulation type
This Compatibility List provides a record of physical and, for some products, biological compatibility tests that have been carried out on plant protection, crop nutrition and other products. Whilst the majority of mixes requested for testing had on-label approvals at the time of testing, we cannot guarantee that every entry on the Compatibility List currently has valid approvals. The occurrence of a particular mix on the list does not, therefore, imply or endorse the legal status of that mix and product labels should always be consulted for each product in the first instance.
