AgBalance™ – Measuring agricultural sustainability

AgBalance is a method to measure and assess sustainability in agriculture. In a comprehensive analysis, AgBalance evaluates the sustainability performance of different farming systems, agricultural enterprises, processes and products across all three dimensions: economy, environment and society.

We developed AgBalance in order to improve the fact-based understanding of the situation on the ground and drive innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers.

With AgBalance BASF wants to contribute to essential questions such as:
