The Berghaus Deluge Leggings Requests promotion (the “Leggings Request Promotion”) is promoted by BASF plc, company number: 667980, registered office: 4th and 5th floors, 2 Stockport Exchange, Railway Road, Stockport, SK1 3GG (the “Promoter”)

How to enter

• The Leggings Requests promotion is only open for entry to agronomists whose principal place of location is in England, Scotland or Wales (“Applicants”). All Applicants will receive a free pair of Berghaus Deluge Leggings (the “Free Gift”)

• To be eligible to receive the Free Gift, Applicants must satisfy all the following conditions:

  • Be an agronomist based in England, Scotland or Wales.
  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Complete the form via the BASF Technical Information Subscription - all marked fields must be completed.

• No product purchase is necessary.

• There is no cash alternative for the Free Gift.

• Mislaid, lost, incomplete or corrupt entries or entries not fulfilling all the conditions of above will not be accepted regardless of cause, including, for example, postal failure, network server failure, or computer hardware or software failure.

• A maximum of one Free Gift will be provided per Applicant

Free Gift

• The Free Gift will be posted to the Applicant by standard UK mailing processes. BASF does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to the Free Gift once it has been accepted by the relevant postal company.

Fulfilling the Requests

• Free Gifts will be administered by BASF plc.

• The Leggings Requests Promotion will run up to three months after subscription.

• BASF reserves the right to send an alternative sized Free Gift if the size requested is no longer available.

The Promoter will endeavour to dispatch the Free Gift within 2 months of the promotion closing date.

Liability

• Events may occur that render the fulfilling of the Leggings Request Promotion impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and you agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

• The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the Leggings Request Promotion (except that which cannot be validly excluded by law).

Personal data

• The applicant’s personal information may be used by BASF plc (or a third party on BASF's behalf) for the purpose of this promotion as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the leggings. in entering this promotion the applicant consents to such usage.

• By subscribing BASF Technical Information, the applicant consents to receive information related to BASF products and services until you unsubscribe.

• Applicants' personal information may also be used for other purposes as defined in BASF’s privacy policy: BASF Privacy Policy

Early termination of the Leggings Request Promotion

The Promoter reserve the right to cancel or terminate the Leggings Request Promotion at any time without prior notice. The Promoter may make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (for example, viruses in computer systems, manipulation or errors in the hardware/software) or for legal reasons if proper execution of the Leggings Request Promotion cannot be guaranteed. The Promoter also reserves the right to assert all rights, in particular the claim for damages from an applicant who has caused the premature termination of the Leggings Request Promotion through their conduct – be it technical or legal.

Miscellaneous

• The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Leggings Requests where it becomes necessary to do so.

• By requesting a leggings you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Revystar XE Spring Competition (the “Competition”) is promoted by BASF plc, company number: 667980, registered office: 4th & 5th floors, 2 Stockport Exchange, Stockport, SK1 3GG (the “Promoter”).

How to enter

1. The Competition is only open for entry by any individual working in the agricultural industry whose registered address or principal place of business is in England, Scotland or Wales.

2. To enter the Competition the entrant must satisfy all of the following conditions:

  • Sign-up to the Competition via the online web form hosted at Revystar® spring competition registration and complete all the required fields between 12.01am on 2 April 2026 and 23:59pm on 31 May 2026
  • Provide proof of purchase of at least 40l of Revystar XE in 2026, in the form of an original dated invoice or receipt showing the name and quantity of Revystar XE purchased in the UK addressed to you or your farm business
  • Accept the Competition terms and conditions within the process of submitting a form for entry into the Competition
  • Be aged 18 or over.

3. An entrant who has validly entered the Competition by satisfying all the conditions in paragraph 2 shall qualify for one entry into the prize draw.

4. There are 3 prizes, each winner will receive 40ha of Luxinum Plus + Stomp Aqua from BASF. For reference, 40ha equates to 8 packs of Luxinum plus (28L) + Stomp Aqua (80L) based on BASF recommended rates in Winter Wheat.

5. The prize draw for the Competition will take place on 1 June 2026.

6. The three winners of the prize draw will be chosen from the qualifying entrants by a random draw supervised by an independent person. The decision of the independent draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.

7. There is no cash alternative for the prizes.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary or desirable.

9. Late, incomplete, or corrupt entries or entries not fulfilling all the conditions of paragraph 2 will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete entries.

10. An entrant can only enter the Competition once and is only eligible for a maximum of one prize in the Competition.

11. The Competition is available during stated dates only.

Winner announcement

12. The Promoter will notify the winners as soon as practicable via the contact details given at registration, and in any event within 10 days of the draw.

13. The winners of the Competition will be contacted after the prize draw has taken place.

Claiming the prizes

14. Save for the situation set out at clause 15 below, each of the winners will be provided with the prize by post or personal presentation from their local BASF representative, by 1st August 2026

15. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible winner (drawn independently and at random using the same process as outlined in paragraph 5) or withdraw the prize offered from the competition, if within 10 days of the prize draw the winner:

  • cannot present proof of purchase
  • cannot be contacted via the contact details given at registration; and / or
  • has not confirmed acceptance of the prize in response to an email or call via the contact details given at registration
  • does not have safe, secure and legally compliant facility for storing crop protection products

Should any re-draw be necessary it will take place on Monday 22 June 2026.

Liability

16. Events may occur that render the Competition itself or the awarding of the prize or gift impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.

17. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered because of the Competition (except that which cannot be excluded by law).

Personal data

18. The entrants’ personal information will be used by BASF for the purpose of this Competition including the advertising of the names of the winners and may be passed on to third party suppliers as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

19. Entrants’ personal information may also be used for other purposes as defined in BASF’s privacy policy here [ BASF Privacy Policy ].
