The Rawcliffe Bridge Sustainability Award competition is promoted by BASF plc, company number: 667980, registered office: 4th and 5th floors, 2 Stockport Exchange, Railway Road, Stockport, SK1 3GG (the “Promoter”). The competition is sponsored by The Andersons Centre (“Sponsors”).

How to enter

  • The Rawcliffe Bridge Sustainability Award competition is only open for entry by farm businesses whose registered office or principal place of business is in England, Scotland, or Wales (“Farm Business”).
  • To enter the Rawcliffe Bridge Sustainability Award competition the Farm Business must satisfy all the following conditions:
    • It has completed all the questions in the application form; and
    • It has submitted the application form before midnight on the 1st of March 2025
  • A Farm Business which has validly entered the Rawcliffe Bridge Sustainability Award competition by satisfying all the conditions in paragraph 2 shall qualify for one entry into the competition.
  • The judging of the competition shall take place in March through to June 2025. The winner will be chosen based on the quality of their answers and evidence of significant changes and improvements to the sustainability of their farm business. The decision of the independent judging is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
  • The winner will receive:
    • A commemorative plate; and
    • A ticket to the Oxford Farming Conference
  • There is no cash alternative for the prizes.
  • Late, incomplete, or corrupt entries or entries not fulfilling all the conditions of paragraph 2 will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

Winner announcement

  • The Promoter will notify the winners in July 2025 via the contact details given at registration.
  • The winners of the Rawcliffe Bridge Sustainability Award competition will be announced on the BASF Agricultural Solutions website in July 2025.
  • In entering the Rawcliffe Bridge Sustainability Award competition you are consenting to the Promoter and Sponsors publishing your name and Farm Business details.

Liability

  • Events may occur that render the competition judging or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the Farm Business agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the Rawcliffe Bridge Sustainability Award competition (except that which cannot be validly excluded by law).

Personal data

  • The participants personal information, and the personal information of the person nominated to win the prize will be used by BASF for the purpose of this Rawcliffe Bridge Sustainability Award and may be passed on to the Sponsors or third-party suppliers as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
  • Participants personal information may also be used for other purposes as defined in BASF’s privacy policy.

Miscellaneous

  • The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Rawcliffe Bridge Sustainability Award competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • By submitting an entry to Rawcliffe Bridge Sustainability Award competition you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

RevyPro Launch Giveaway Competition (the “Competition”) is promoted by BASF plc, company number: 667980, registered office: 4th & 5th floors, 2 Stockport Exchange, Stockport, SK1 3GG (the “Promoter”).

How to enter:

1. The Competition is only open for entry by any individual working in the agricultural industry whose registered address or principal place of business is in England, Scotland or Wales.

2. To enter the Competition the entrant must satisfy all of the following conditions:

a) Sign-up to the Competition via the online web form hosted at https://www.agricentre.basf.co.uk/en/News-Events/Events/Event-detail_99520-99520.html and complete all the required fields before 23:59pm on Friday 21st February 2025 for entry to the draw; and

c) Be aged 18 or over.

3. A participant who has validly entered the Competition by satisfying all the conditions in paragraph 2 shall qualify for one entry into the prize draw.

4.The prize draw will take place on Monday 24th February 2025.

5. The five winners of the prize draw will be chosen from the qualifying entrants by a random draw supervised by an independent person. The decision of the independent draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.

6. There is no cash alternative for the prizes.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary or desirable

8. Late, incomplete, or corrupt entries or entries not fulfilling all the conditions of paragraph 2 will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete entries.

9. A participant can only enter the competition once and is only eligible for a maximum of one prize in the Competition.

10. The Competition is available during stated dates only.

Winner announcement

11. The Promoter will notify the winners as soon as practicable via the contact details given at registration, and in any event within 10 days of the draw.

12. The winners of the Competition will be contacted after prize draw has taken place via the contact details provided on sign up to the Competition.

Claiming the prizes

3. Save for the situation set out at clause 14 below, each of the winners will be provided with the prize by post or personal presentation from their local BASF representative, by 30 March 2025

14. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize of any of the prize draws to the next eligible winner (drawn independently and at random using the same process as outlined in paragraph 5) or withdraw the prize offered from the competition, if within 10 days of the prize draw the winner:

  • cannot be contacted via the contact details given at registration; and / or
  • has not confirmed acceptance of the prize in response to an email or call via the contact details given at registration
Should any re-draw be necessary it will take place on Friday 14th March 2025

17. The participants personal information will be used by BASF for the purpose of this Competition including the advertising of the names of the winners and may be passed on to third party suppliers as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

The ‘Farming, biggest job on earth’ T-shirt Requests promotion (the “T-shirt Requests”) is promoted by BASF plc, company number: 667980, registered office: 4th and 5th floors, 2 Stockport Exchange, Railway Road, Stockport, SK1 3GG (the “Promoter)

How to enter

  • The T-shirt Requests promotion is only available for growers, agronomists, and general public whose principal place of location is in England, Scotland or Wales (“Applicants”)..
  • To be eligible to receive a free T-shirt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
  • In requesting the free T-shirt, you are consenting to the Promoter publishing your name and using the information provided in the request form in internal and external marketing, communications and promotions
  • There is no cash alternative for the Free Gift.
  • Mislaid, lost, incomplete or corrupt entries or entries not fulfilling all the conditions of above will not be accepted regardless of cause, including, for example, postal failure, network server failure, or computer hardware or software failure.
  • A maximum of one free T-shirt will be provided per Applicant

Free T-shirt

  • The free T-shirt will be posted to the Applicant by standard UK mailing processes. BASF does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to the T-shirt once it has been accepted by the relevant postal company.

Fulfilling the Requests

  • T-shirt Requests will be administered by the Agricultural Solutions’ Communications team. The decision made by the Agricultural Solutions Communication team is final.
  • The Promoter will endeavour to dispatch the T-shirt within 3 weeks of the request.
  • The T-shirts Requests promotion will run from 1 June 2022 to 31 December 2025 or until the 2,500 free t-shirts have run out (whichever is the earlier). BASF reserves the right to send an alternative sized t-shirt if the size requested is no longer available.

Liability

  • Events may occur that render the fulfilling of the T-shirt Request impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and you agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the T-shirt Request (except that which cannot be validly excluded by law).

Personal data

  • The applicants personal information, may be used by BASF for the purpose of this promotion and may be passed on to third party suppliers as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the T-shirt(s).

Granting of usage rights

  • The Applicant grants the Promoter the spatially and temporally unlimited right, transferable and sublicensable within the Promoter’s affiliated companies, to use submitted videos and photos for advertising purposes in printed products, online media (in particular websites) and social media channels of all kinds. This includes, in particular, but without limitation, the right to reproduce, distribute, make publicly accessible, edit (e.g., shorten, re-cut, etc.) videos and photos and also to proceed with the edits in this way. The Applicant shall not be entitled to remuneration for such uses.

Early termination of the T-Shirt Request

The Promoter reserve the right to cancel or terminate the T-shirt Request at any time without prior notice. The Promoter may make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (for example, viruses in computer systems, manipulation or errors in the hardware/software) or for legal reasons if proper execution of the T-shirt Request cannot be guaranteed. The Promoter also reserves the right to assert all rights, in particular the claim for damages from an applicant who has caused the premature termination of the fulfilling the Request through their conduct – be it technical or legal.

How to enter

1. The Competition is only open for entry by any individual working in the agricultural industry whose registered address or principal place of business is in England, Scotland or Wales.

2. To enter the Competition the entrant must satisfy all of the following conditions:

2.2. b) Accept the Competition terms and conditions within the process of submitting a form for entry into the Competition.

2.3. c) Be aged 18 or over.

3. An entrant who has validly entered the Competition by satisfying all the conditions in paragraph 2 shall qualify for one entry into the prize draw, depending on the date they entered the competition:

3.1. The prize draw will take place on Monday 16th December 2024 where we will announce all three winners

3.2. Enter before 23:59PM on Sunday 15th December 2024 for entry into a draw to win a Yeti cool box hamper, containing a range of farming produce up to the vaule of £300 per cool box.

3.3. There will be an early bird offer, whereby anyone who enters before 23:59PM on Sunday 1st December will be given two prize draw entries

4. The three winners of the prize draw will be chosen from the qualifying entrants by a random draw supervised by an independent person. The decision of the independent draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.

5. There is no cash alternative for the prizes.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary or desirable.

7. Late, incomplete, or corrupt entries or entries not fulfilling all the conditions of paragraph 2 will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete entries.

8. An individual can only enter the competition once and is only eligible for a maximum of one prize in the Competition.

Charity Donation

18. For each valid entry under paragraph 2 (one entry per individual) the Promotor will donate a sum (anticipated to be £1, but this may be increased or decreased at the Promotor’s sole discretion, subject to a maximum total donation of £1000) to Farming Community Network registered charity number 1095919 (“Donation”).

19. A breach of these conditions by the individual entitles the Promotor to not make or to rescind a Donation made on the individual’s behalf – even retrospectively.
